Forum running club week 23

Well my second ever 10km today. Managed to shave 14 secs off my first time and that is with opening

A few gates in parks so really really happy with that.

It is really really hot and my body is still not used to running in hot weather lmao - sweating my arse off

Anyway good day in the running office - my fitness is improving for sure

Sunday is my recovery run day, so take it nice and easy, and in this weather I'm glad about that

Just make sure you keep hydrated, I don't normally take water for a 10k run, but yesterday was only 5k sprint intervals, and I'm glad to have had a bottle with me

First thing I did was have water when I got home. I took on some water before I left.
