How the once mighty have fallen. Hopefully they can turn things around there.

I welded jigs that their '08 cars were built off.

It’ll still be the bloke with the fastest car that wins only this time there’ll be nobody in the stands to watch it.

Yeah, I'm not sure you quite get racing. If it was all about having the fastest car, Ferrari would have won the last 2 championships with you and your nan as the drivers.

Fill them dull of blow up dolls like on South Korea. Or put one in a Mercedes & watch it win the race. Yawn.

I really hope the Williams can survive and not go the same way as Brabham,Cooper,Ensign,Lotus,March,Surtees,Shadow, and Tyrell amongst many others.

For me the heady days of F1 was the period when the Ford Cosworth DFV engine was the way to go.During the period from 1967 through to 1991 53 different makes of car used this engine in Formula 1. Happy Days

July 10th you can at least go have a drive around it on your rig

I can’t wait for it to start but I have been enjoying the esports as a filler

With the refund I get, I could buy another rig and an xbox and race properly with my kid. Not a bad idea that actually

I went to Zandvoort a few times in the 60s,in those days you could have a two week holiday taking in 2 F1 races and the 24hr Le Mans.

I was looking at doing something similar with the USA and Mexico F1. But way too pricey

First visit was Zandvoort was 1962 and that was a long weekend, The following year we became more ambitious and did Spa, LeMans and Zandvoort over a 16 day period.Think we repeated this about 4 times during the 60s My last visit to Zanvoort was 1981.Dread to think what it would cost these days

Our first colour t.v. was way back in 1953.

Cannot recall if F1 was televised in the early 60s, but being there was really colourful, the only thing B&W was the chequered flag

Yes looking forward to it! Hoping Mclaren can continue their good progress from last year as always had a soft spot for them since Hakkinen/Coulthard.

And hoping for a 3 way championship fight between leclerc verstappen and Hamilton!
