I find I can do it in the morning when I haven't had anything to eat, but later in the day is a disaster?

Any advice? Been trying to train myself!

I've heard if you tuck your thumb in as you make a fist it stops gag reflex.

Not sure how true that is though.

Have you tried laying on a sofa with your neck on the arm so you head falls back a little , someone nice here taught us this and it seems to help

I (her) would advise you to reconsider the position you usually try for something else, such as laying across the bed with your head hanging back and he inserts into your mouth.

Even though your choice of practice cock is somewhat limited, you can still train yourself by using a rubber dildo.

Always try to relax your breathing.

It also all depends on whether you just want the gagging noises and saliva or to feel your throat being fucked. Just remember if it is the latter that he needs to read your body language as you will have your airway blocked.

I go for lying backwards off the side of the bed and it works. As soon as I eat, it's a disaster! Strong gag reflex? Xxx
