I cant imagine that being very comfortable? I'd be walking around with an odd look on my face with a stride that simply says, I've just shat in my pants!

It depends on your plug, I’ve had some really uncomfortable ones but my Doc Johnson Medium Plug fits my perfectly and is very comfortable, I can wear it for hours and feels fine to wear out and about

I wore one for a task . Wore it in work 4 hrs and it gave me a bad belly.

I will now only wear them for under an hour. X
