100. That’s why the age preference only goes up to 99. When you reach 100, you pass probation and you’re able to go on to build a sex dungeon.

A box at end of your bed

I don't think it has anything to do with age, more to do with living arrangements and space. If you have kids living at home I would think that would make it difficult unless you have a large house and a basement/room you can definitely keep them locked out of, even that may bring up some sort of questions as they get older and more inquisitive.

We are looking at buying a house with a wine cellar or basement for converting into a dungeon...

When you've enough experience to be able to use all the equipment I imagine you will put in there. Only then should you consider building one xx
