A bloody water bowser these days...my work is needing 3 litres of water everyday just to stay close to being hydrated..i shall be developing gills next and webbed feet...are you drinking enough?stay healthy in the sun fabbers

Would hate to do your job. A normal warm day I drink 3-6 litres. I would be constantly drinking in your job.

More than 3 litres would put me in a quandary...up a tree all harnessed up then that feeling of sudden need to relief hits..gotta get down, deharness....times a pressing and thinks never go to plan when rushing

Always a full strip down and shake the body out..its probably the best moment of the day..to be free for the body to breathe.
