The first time I was on here a man messaged me asking for fun by under a couples profile, when I called him out on it he was quick to delete the profile

Yep. But people lie about a lot of things in here - even about whether they have actually been approached by someone.

If you have evidence rather than anecdote report them to a mod. Best thing to do.
