What makes a human attractive?

For me a lady is attractive due to a combination of her eyes, mouth, voice and nose...am I strange?

But there is something about the combination of those things that either make me hard or not.

Obviously great ass etc

But the centre of the face, sound of their laughter, smile stick in my mind.

Most attractive quality is their personality and mind. Yes there may be the initial physical attraction that sparked that interest in the first place but that is subjective to the individual. If I had to pick one physical attribute it would be eyes.

Hell yeah! I knew a girl at school who was incredibly beautiful physically, but her personality stank. I actually couldn't stand her after a while. Another girl was far less physically attractive initially, but had an incredible personality. I think that actually made her more attractive physically, somehow

I get it completely. I’ve never been instantly physically attracted to someone...but it’s that something about them..it’s pretty random!

I’m hearing non physical features are more attractive and that number one is ‘personality’.

Good sense of humour, kind, friendly, confident, cares for others, sensitive and empathetic?

I mean I totally agree with personality being more important than physical attributes but physically the things I described in original post are attractive to me before even knowing someone’s personality.

Physically attractive to me is slim to average, an attractive to me face, well groomed and tall. I prefer dark hair and blue eyes will always add a certain something. I'm not sexually attracted to women but I can appreciate their beauty very short hair and small features always look nice to me.

Personality wise an original wit and relaxed attitude with a dash of intelligence used to educate rather than patronise is what I find attractive in all genders.

Personality will be the eventual winner, but.....

..... standing at the other end of the pub (remember those) then you can’t see personality (you can guess or judge your impression of their personality) so for me it has to be eyes and mouth (think Julia Roberts or Liv Tyler)

I’ve never found that enough though.

I’m not generally or specifically a twat (what a ridiculous sentence) and haven’t found myself attracting women due to sense of humour, confidence and other laudable personality traits.

I think people still hold a lot of pre-language, animalistic instinct within themselves. So before language and complex communication, before people got the chance to really know what a personality was, there must have been other attractive elements. Not talking about boobs and bums.

Whatever that pre-personality knowledge attraction is, is still with us, it is just hard to put your finger on exactly what it is. (Waiting for fingering jokes)

Being a nice caring person is what makes some attractive. You can get over alot of physical attributes if the person has a good soul.

The most attractive person to you can turn out to be an evil so and so. No amount of physical attraction can get over that.

I need both personality and the physical side to be right before I find someone attractive - probably showing my shallow side, but it doesn't matter how nice someone's personality is, if I don't find them physically attractive then they're just a friend that I don't fancy.

Nature.

Testosterone or estrogen. Simple as.

Males with more test are more attractive.

Females with more estrogen = same deal.

It’s deeply biological and you can’t force it or control it.

I’m sure we have all known a woman who might not be the most physically attractive, but there is just “something about” her.

Her voice, her femininity.... her mannerisms.... which make you want to have her. And you don’t know why.

Exactly the same Goes for men.

Those confident, alpha male type guys with lots of body hair, square jaw, deep voice, confident, competitive......

No matter what they say - they could take your wife From you if given half a chance, and she would submit to a superior man without even understanding why.

Most attractive to me is someone who can engage my mind and whose face I like.

They could be gorgeous but if I don't like their personality then they won't get past hello. Same the other way round, they can have a great personality but If I don't find them attractive it's a no go.

I always go for a persons personality and mind, when two minds connect... the physical connection flows so much better!

Personality certainly goes a long way. I'm a listener and observer. So my initial thoughts on people often change, the more I'm in their company.

Ultimately for me, it's all about how someone treats other's. I'm drawn to humble,relaxed and funny people.

Kinda tricky on here as it's hard to gauge much about someone from just a profile

Initially, it's how someone looks. I think that is only natural. How you look to someone is basically your shop window, its inviting someone to come and take a closer look.

How many profiles do you ignore because they have no pictures? We all do it!

It's only then do you start to get to know if you're going to like that person.
