I joined when I was 51 and have no complaints whatsoever about my experience.

I’m 65 and I’ve never had a meet from messaging on here. I have,however, learned about clubs and when I’ve attended there, I have enjoyed socialising and sometimes maybe flirting with ladies (and occasional couples) has bought a great deal of success and enjoyment. I don’t intend that to change.

For me this is about research so when I go to a club I kind of have a better understanding.

Seriously op - your profile on fab - whatever your age or gender - is your marketing and advertising opportunity.

The better it is, the more chance you have of getting meets.

Look at it and ask yourself - if I were a woman, would I meet me?

Make sure your pictures are flattering but not deceiving. Clothes should be smart, hair tidy or ‘sexily scruffed’ if that suits you - and penis pics - should you wish to display them - should be kept to a minimum.

Always check the background in your pics is tidy and that you suck your tummy in and your shoulders back when taking body shots.

Most forumites have spent many hours on theirs over the years - taking plenty of imaginative and current pictures- and writing and re-writing profile text to make sure it states what they offer and what they’re looking for.

. As a 52 year old single guy who can’t accommodate and not the most photogenic I don’t get much success by sending messages. I realise that a lot of people have their age filters set at 50 so there is no point getting upset just respect their preference and move on. I have more success by attending socials , attending members only club and attending a spa. I also have exchanged messages and met with other forum users with who like the way I come across on my posts.Just be respectful , polite and level headed and you will be fine.
