The other evening Jayne bought a wine for us to try... California Zinfandel Rose.

Now, I'm not a big wine fan, so i usually chuck it in a glass with some lemonade.... but we chilled this and it was gorgeous!

I ended up with a pint of it, cool, fizzy, sweet and tasting strongly of strawberries, we will be buying it all summer!

I have had that, it is great stuff, also try British wine at the moment, tends to be cheap and less strong, but sweet and really nice.

Vodka and or on hot days a lovely cold cider or a gin and tonic.

My Hungarian friend had me drinking her dads home made palenka last weekend. 2 shots before breakfast and 3 before lunch
