"Snow Crash and Cryptonomicon: both Neal Stephenson. The Forever War: Joe Haldemann The 13th Valley: John M delvecchio A Reckoning For Kings: (I'll have to find out again) A cool title with 'cool' characters and a great story is some recipe. " I've read the last three of those. The Forever War is a classic. As for Vietnam War related books, have you tried Chickenhawk by Robert Mason, Once A Warrior King by David Donovan and Fields Of Fire by James Webb? I'm guessing you might have. Worth it if you haven't. P.S. A Reckoning For Kings - Chris Bunch and Allan Cole. The bit with the NVA Col. and the elephant - brilliant! | |||
