Villain - Donald Grant (Robert Shaw) From Russia With Love.

Great actor, great film and more than a match for Bond as an assassin. Almost stopped the whole Bond Franchise if he hadn't had become greedy

Best Ally has to be either Q or Felix Leiter

Ally:1 Felix Leiter in the Jeffrey Wright incarnation, although I like the recent comic incarnation of Felix Leiter as well.
