Im now sat by the beach listening to the curl of the surf lap upon the sands..Mounts Bay is one of the finest places in the world..St Michaels Mount stands proud on the horizon. Im going to sip my coffee and read before heading off into my work, my home, my place of peace and that which settles my soul. Today particularly as I need to check up on the young tawny owls that are now sitting in the oak tree. I shall have the surrounds of the trees and the chorus of birds to make me smile. How could one ever see this as work when it is the very thing that makes for a sense of joy.

So what delights have you good people in store today...best wishes to you all and hope your day is good.

On a roll to tidy the garage...doors wide open, good tunes, a productive glow at the end of the day. Hopefully squeezing a walk in but have a child with a healing broken toe, so maybe a bit longer for that...

It’s her third bone broken...used to the drill lol! She heals quick!

It’s a crazy mix of lots of things...Levellers, Nashville, Faithless, Tom Grennan, RY X, Kodaline, LP, Fenne Lily, Moby all have more than one song in the playlist. Kids get to choose too, so Guns & Roses and Sia too!
