I cannot stop fcking ranting!!!!

I was doing really bleeping well. I’d cut down ranting and complaining to once a bleeping week. Now its every bleeping day and the smallest bleeping thing sets me off. Send help.

Anyone else ranting more lately?

I was ranting lots and lots a few weeks ago in here, had to take a break. It was a part of my personal brand!

I'm frustrated and lacking patience, however I'm an empath so feeding off the frustration and turmoil of others as well as my own.

I've not been looking after myself which is something I must remind myself to do.

There's only so much you can do when it comes to others and I've realised when you feel like you're banging your head against a brick wall, you have to take time to ground yourself or it becomes all consuming.

I'm gonna make a conscious effort to meditate and not put too much pressure on myself.

Sunday and Monday I lost the plot and had extreme cabin fever!

I could have happily dangled my child out the window by her pigtails and put the cats in the slow cooker.But luckily by Tues it started to lift.

9 weeks in lockdown is bound to bite at some point OP so cut yourself some slack.

They use solitary confinement as a punishment for a reason.
