It just depends how things are flowing. You get a feel and if you'd like to see more of them then you just ask.

I suggested adding someone I'd been chatting to for a couple of weeks as a friend and she basically made me feel stupid, asking why it was so important It wasn't important, I just thought it would be nice to add a friend as we had chatted so much.

I don't chat to her anymore.

People ask to early or even don’t ask at all and they just want to perv at your pics.

I might ask or accept if a meet is agreed and like others say... After the meet!

As soon as possible so you can add them to the list of people you never talk too

We just accept all friends requests.

If they have no pics then its an unfriend.

Don't see why they should wank over ours when they have no pics for us to wank to. xx

a quandary, could you change my mind?

Is it not the same as real life, some you quickly realise you want them around alot more. I have no set criteria of how long, or what has to happen for them to be a friend but its easier for an acquaintance.

Usually once met and found we are on the same wavelength and very occasionally when we have been chatting to someone for a long time and not got around to meeting that we feel have become like friends. Bloody annoying when you get friend requests from people when you haven’t even had a chat, what is the point in that, personal bug bear grrrrr! lol

I’ve chatted to women for a certain space of time and they’ve added me as a friend so I can see their private pictures.

The next day it’s like they’ve had a change of heart and deleted me as a friend.

Very confusing.

I'm happy to accept most requests as honestly I don't have anything in my friends section that is particularly different to what's in my public section, there's just more of it. Most guys send me requests because they want to see my photos and I'm happy to be looked at, so it's all good.

Anyone I actually befriend or want to meet, I'll move to another platform with.

We only add people we’re interested in spending time with usually, we keep our circle small. We’d usually expect it to have been discussed in chat before sending one, we’d never accept one from somebody who hasn’t previously been talking to us x

That's unpleasant to be made to feel stupid, especially after already chatting.

At the very least she could have declined in a mpre thoughtful way.

If I'm chatting like this I like to see more of the person.

Yeah I didn't think the belittling was necessary. As this thread has shown, adding friends isn't a big deal to most people.
