I've noticed quite a lot of people ask(insist) that they will not speak to you unless you have a picture of your face. Yet they don't even have of themselves up. Honestly what's all that about?

The danger there is when you do put your face picture up, the person you've been speaking to then realises that you're really not at all their "type" and they may run like there's a plague.

But if they don’t have a picture then they might be wasting his time as he might not be attracted to them ?

If you read the OP he says ‘people’ not ‘you women’ or ‘couples’.

My response was to that. It was for everyone.

Please stop trying to find fault in my reply. Anyone can ask for face pics. Anyone can send them. Anyone can choose not to ask. Anyone can choose not to send them. Please stop nitpicking.

On my profile I state if someone messages me to send a face pic. If I like what I see zi send one back. If im not attractive to their face pic I send a polite no thankyou. Sadly I bblock then as the abuse I get back is awful.

If I message a man first I send a face pic first.

I only ask for a face pic if we have chatted and get on well. You could ask for a face pic first and get one you like but the chat is awful. All swings and rounabouts on here.
