A friend can.t post in forums for some reason and unable to resolve and no response from admin

As anyone experienced this and suggestions

They can use forum look at threads just unable to post contributions to threads

No doubt they have been given a time out for some reason and when they click on a post to reply it should tell them how long is remaining.

Or they could be on the Argos click and go website by mistake.

Happened go someone I know they left came back and was never able to post on the forums. Never got told why even though they had been allowed to post away on their previous one. Had to set up another account in the end .

When I first joined fab I couldn’t use the forums for a few months, there was an auto block put on my account. I messaged admin and they sorted it pretty much straight away

No they aren't on the wrong website. Admin should at least reply to them

When I came back I didn’t use the account till December where I had to do photo verification as well. Couldn’t post on the forums with no message coming up to explain why.

Messaged my favourite mod and she spotted the auto block and adjusted it.
