That's great. My confidence has taken a wobble recently after a break up so all I would say is build your own confidence don't let a man build it for you x

Fab has done wonders for me and my confidence. Having spent literally decades of hiding and feelings of shame, the acceptance I have found here has lifted me. I thank you all out there for helping me to accept me x

Mine has always been non existent, spent the last 20 odd years putting myself down, putting myself at the bottom of the list, in conversations I'll be the first one to say "oh sure I'm the fat funny one" etc.

And I'm working on that so I'm at maybe a 3.5 out of 10. A work in progress
