I often wear knickers and stockings and do so with confidence. It doesn't necessarily turn me on but if a woman likes it then I get a buzz making her smile.

No, I'm not into men dressing up, or bi men separately so definitely not both at once.

Though if that's your thing then do you if it isn't hurting anyone. I'm just personally not a fan.

They can if they are smooth and wear undies that fit them. A hair guy wearing his size 10 wifes knickers stretched over his hips looks ridiculous. I can understand anyone wearing panties for sexual pleasure, I do myself, but if you want to look like a woman go the extra mile.
