Love is the feel good factor!

Hate is negative but can be channelled into something productive!

A town near you perhaps

Love.

Hate is a negative emotion and you need energy to do negative. We try to avoid negativity at all costs.

Lqove is a natural positive emotion that comes naturally.

Are we on about things or people? It makes a lot of difference to me, hate is such a strong worf, so don't use it when comes to people or animals, but I do have pet hates..

I tend to be a lover not a fighter, so probably over use the term love also.j

Loving is easier in my opinion.

Hate is not really something I do.

There’s things I don’t like and people I don’t like but I wouldn’t say I hate anything.

Loving is easier, I try to see the good in everything, give it a chance. Probably too forgiving. But

cross me or betray me the you find the hate kicks in.

Hating is easier. If you hate someone it comes as a wave..which I suppose eventually dries itself out when they become a distant memory and you just learnt to ignore them and let these feelings and their behaviour wash over your head..

Love needs working on I believe. It requires commitment and passion and adding to that fire.

But both are separated by thin wall of forgiveness. Love needs it to survive. To overcome weaknesses and move on from mistakes. And our love subject will thrive if we are capable of it. Hate needs it eventually.. otherwise it can consume us. Which would our hate object love I suppose. So why give it to them?

On a mooch

For me they are the extremes of the emotional spectrum and both can cause pain.

I prefer to take one step away and say care and anger, easier everyday emotions that are quickly righted before they consume you

Right, people, animals I don't hate.

Milk that's left out to curdle I hate, or tops not put on properly on jars.

But I'm sure after the annoyance and bit of a breather it's not actual hate.

I may just qualify my choice , im niot saying that hate is the more productive , desirable or acceptable , but people find it easier to describe what they dislike , than what they love, people will readily deny , they are selfish, vain , and motivated by money above altruism , generosity , and care for others , and they will readily indulge i judgement of others if it is convenient to the preconceived ideas the share woth other people even if those ideas are factly wrong! For instance , someone accused of multiple sexual offences against numerous individuals over the last twenty years remains surprisingly popular , yet , others have been subjected to smears and contempt despite showing altruism philanthropy , and speaking up for oppressed people for over forty years , because they are told to. if you are asked openly what you really love , you are vulnerable by expressing ernestly what you feel , it may take some careful thought , and you ll probably pick a safe subject , rather than something you know in your heart to be true of yourself, whereas , if you are asked about something you really dislike , it will roll off the tongue , especially if its a theme which people commonly express. , there we go , love , difficult , hate , susprisingly easy!

Personally - loving is easier. If I'm in a good place, love comes naturally. Even when I'm in a not particularly great place, I'm not one to hate others. That's how some people manage, fair enough.

That's not to say I like every person, I'm not fond of all but people have their own difficulties. Hate brings with it toxicity that seeps into other areas of your life and brings with it other negative emotions. I find it far easier and better for my mental well being to be a loving person, rather than a hateful one.

Depends on the subject matter.

Some things I find much easier to love, others much easier to hate. But really mostly indifference to most things!

People that use “k” as a shortened version of ok? Much easier to hate.

People that are prepared to gently run their fingers through my hair for an hour or so, much easier to love.

Depends on the type of love. Love for family? No problem. Romantic love? I find that harder and harder to express because you have to open yourself up to being vulnerable, and I don’t like being vulnerable.

Hate? Well i guess it’s just exhausting negativity. Never actually hated anyone but I can see how it would give some the impetus to spur them on and get stuff done - sort of reversing the negativity? Making the hate work for you?

I dunno. I’m rambling.

It's much easier to love as its effortless to do because you naturally want to give to that person.

Hating takes effort and they're not worth the steam off my piss so that makes the answer easy...

Love is easier than hate

"Is it easier to love or hate?"

Definitely more of a lover than hater.

I can be annoyed but I also easily forgive too.

Which goes back to me being more of a lover.

I love loads of people - but I’ve never hated anyone, though I’ve probably had good reason to at times!

There are people I dislike - but generally I’ve felt sorry for them rather than hate them - and simply been glad I don’t share the same obsessiveness or paranoia that they do!

Hate is a very destructive force and is often totally illogical.

Both are so extreme, both are so uncommon.

It's the grey bits in between that are harder to quantify/comprehend.
