Im quite surprised at just how many people have answered this thread in such a similar way to the lady above , and it seems that many folk have never had honest and realistic appraisal of what they do well , or had the opportunity to achieve some fulfillment for themselves, if you genuinely believe your not very good in bed , maybe thats not so much down to you , rather than the person who left with thatbawful impression of yourself , was underperforming and had an unrealistic expectation,of you . but didnt bother to put some effort into giving you confidence , i think being physically attuned to someone is important , but so is sensitivity , and its very easy to lose confidence when someone isnt with you in a moment , we all are capable , of having great sex which is sex but we have to know someone who is able to demonstrate to us what webare capable of, not according to what they want, but what works for us, .A final thought is a quote from an ex , which is , if you always do what youve always done youl,ll always get what you,ve always got. In the book Bounce, Matthew Syed articulated the theory that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to excel in anything. I’m guessing over my adult life I’ve had about 200 hours of practice......so highly unlikely to ever excel in the field. Wanking? Well I’m well practised in being a wanker.
