Nowt wrong with what I can see of any of the above ladies ...

It’s the shave them off then paint them back in really thickly in brown paint (and then post on Social Media) brigade ..

It’s the current equivalent of the mullet - in a decade people will wonder WHY!!??

(* yes I’m a twat, I’m fully aware of that, but we can’t meet anyway so a little bit of Fabicide really doesn’t matter does it? )

I fill in the patchy bits with low key makeup, usually.

There's a lot of different ways to do it, or not. A lot of it isn't to my taste. But it's not done on my brows so I don't really care.

A what ?! I saw them. They are good shape and distinctive. Starts and ends in the right place.

To double check: Pop an eyebrow pencil next to your nose covering the inner corner of your eye.. your start point.. across the pupil highest point and outer eye corner should technically be end of your eyebrow. For the classic look.

When I get them waxed they carve a big arch that wasn't there before. They're masculine and with potential, apparently. Meh. They're a good length. Bit of patchiness in the middle, but nothing a pencil or brow mascara doesn't fix.

I'm super pleased with my brows. They have been my life's work and have a lovely arch and I almost sorted out the issue I had with the gap being too big between them. Not a brow pencil in sight but I do tint them to keep the grey's away.

I'm actually for the first time in my life pleased with my brows. Being fair and over plucking in the 90s meant I had very little and I'm not great at painting them on but I've been using a product for hair growth, tinting them along side wearing benefit gimme brow and I finally have brows I can be proud of

Check out Maybelline Brow Drama. Good dupe for Gimme Brow. A bit wetter and messier, but more product for a fraction of the price.

It won't be your shade, but I'm a Benefit 4 and Medium Brown in Maybelline, if it gives you a starting point.

A lot of the makeup brands are doing DIY tutorials on Instagram or YouTube, including Benefit (it's where I get mine waxed). If it's of use.

Tis for this reason why Ms Gemma Holden is usually a blonde. One has yet to successfully master the vexed art of reasonably matching drawn on eyebrows as brunette.

I've never tried a brow pomade. I have a bunch of Benefit stuff I haven't used yet, or barely have (got one of those kits for a song around Christmastime). I like the Nyx pencil. Very subtle (just to pad out any patchiness). Occasionally I go in with eyeshadow. But brows aren't my long suit.
