Oh I wanna go.......I love funfairs

Mind you its probably cheaper to go to thorpe park for the day than to pay for the rides at a funfair, they are extortionate

Love all the rides as they are so exciting. Night time is best though as the lights and candyfloss do it for me.

Used to always go to the goose fair up until i was about 17 and it had started getting rough then. Havent been since and dont know anyone that actually goes anymore but it was a big thing for us to go, always on first week in october.

My mum used to go as her "birthday treat" when she was a child.

Notting

There was some sort of capping thing put on the prices last year, so that people were getting ripped off.

Its a FANTASTIC atmosphere - and i think i will have to go this year to have a wanda....

....its amazing how quick the pack up and go tho

I won a fish from the Goosefair when i was a kid, and it lasted me about ten bloody years, was told it would die in a few days.

Lol! I could've! Lol! Depends where you were holding your coconut!

I must be gettin' old though, I was at the fair in Edinurgh recently and saw them spinning the waltzers and though 'fuck that, I'd kill myself trying that now!'

I bet you do! Losing your nuts, whetever kind they are, alwaya teaches you be careful in future!

If the guy was doing his job properly, he should've asked if he could hold your coconuts for you? Make sure of no excess movement!

Fairgrounds used to be great fun when you could take all the family in safety.

These days though its the same as most large social gatherings, they have the propensity to be ruined by gangs of d*unken yobs.

That coupled with the exorbitant prices makes them increasingly less attractive to many people.
