Depends what your definitions of both are I suppose.

In my opinion, what is generally classed as dogging these days is arranged meets outside - which I would say is swinging.

Looks like nobody knows what swinging is as a lifestyle. When I started it was about getting to know people and hopefully remaining friends and socializing as well as fucking. It is too accessible now and people just use swinging sites to look for a fuck.
