Hi Fabbers

Has anyone discovered something new recently?

Scrolling through Sky at the weekend I came across Car Share....my goodness how did I miss that? So I have been binge watching and it’s becoming addictive.

Has lockdown helped you discover anything new?

Bhubaysi xx

I love Car Share!

I haven't discovered anything new. I'm having a very ordinary lockdown

I am watching The State of Happiness on bbc4 and really enjoying it. Had forgotten the relaxation to be gotten from watching a programme and a long storyline rather than endless phone scrolling for tiny snippets of information.

Coming from up north I can seriously relate to Car Share......’is it a dear do?’ God I loved that statement! My mum used to say the same....

Hilarious Peter Kay!

If you've haven't listened to it already, there's a special audio one done for the start of lockdown a few weeks ago. It was on iPlayer. I've listened to it 3 times now & laugh more each time as you hear new things. The radio adverts are hilarious!

Iv discovered the ID channel, great documentary on last night about the jonestown massacre, loads of footage of the commune, 900 people committed suicide by poison, the footage of all the bodies was harrowing

I discovered that I love the taste of Irish cream coffee which you can buy in Lidls.

I would of never bought my coffee there if it wasn't for a big queue in the other supermarket. Now I can't live without it.

Car Share is sooooo funny.

Look out for the subliminal comedy too. In those fill shots of the town and pedestrians etc, he adds jokes in there too that are only there a few seconds.

(eg. The name of a fish shop is 'Frying Nemo' and when he goes to Wigan, look for all the pie references )

Wrong to laugh really but my faves were the lollipop lady in the hi viz burka & the food shop called Halaldi. Subtle but superb.
