"See if they lower it then many will have to claim to help so either way they still paying out " Not necessarily current furlough is 80‰ or up 2500 of your basic wages. Most claims for dwp is a lot lot lower. Os likely you won't get a lot or nothing

"I think they will expect The employer to pay 50 or 60% and government 40 or 50 what I've heard !! Not till August" July is when the goverment and in their words expect employers to start to help with the cost. More than likely what they will do is say to employers if you wish to still be claming against furlough the goverment will pay 60% and expect the employer to pay a additional 20% so they can keep people of work at the agreed 80%. That way saving money but also forcing some business to re open. Let none of us live in a dream world our taxes will increase by 5% in January, council tax will increase by a minimum 8% travel cost are sit to increase on public transport and road use, road tax will increase, tax in cloths booze and fags will increase. Life over the next year will get a whole lot more expensive for us all.

"I'm interested to see what happens to the property market as I only spike to a mortgage broker last week and have started looking." around 30% of people who have had a mortgage already agreed are expected to have it pulled next week if they have not already moved ( more than likely those people who are furloughed or work in the entertainment and events industries As none are expected to have work this year ) so expect a massive property crash biggest this country has ever known.
