I lure them into a false sense of security. I build them up, make them feel special. Tell them I love them, I want to build a future with them. But then when they find out my pictures are fake, I make them feel shit and slag them off and give them abuse.

It's particularly good in knowing how to show it without it being misunderstood. Human nature means we tend to express it to others not in the way they want it but in the way we want it shown, thinking behind it is we assume others do and think as we do.

I don't have one love language - right now it's physical touch and quality time with words of affirmation a point behind. I know before when I took it the results were different again. Those three are the most important to me.

We incorporated the love languages theory into our marriage a few years ago and it helped us through a very difficult time. Now it’s something we apply to all our relationships with friends. It’s an exceptionally good tool to help you develop better communication, not just in expressing yourself, but also listening between the lines to understand another person’s needs.

There a few books written by Garry Chapman on love languages. Your love language changes in different ages and stages of your life. It's an interesting read!
