Always oil! It’s better for your skin.

Depending on what vibe I’m going for will depend what I use.

Usually ylang ylang as it’s meant to be associated with feelings of euphoria and I like to try condition those I’m massaging to associate me with those feelings

It takes over 2000 olives to make 1ltr olive oil, more than 5000 sunflower seeds to make 1tr sunflower oil. Don't even get me started on the baby oil!
