You can beat this....as she s watched me battle with my past and present alone and free of meds..using my own strengths and discipline to put down the shitstorms and keep walking forward.

I've literally only heard from colleagues and family during lockdown, and my calls and texts to my "best friend" have went unanswered. Meanwhile he's chatting away on Facebook and seems as normal as ever.

His book would probably be called The Guy Who Thought He Had Friends lol
