How’s everyone coping with their weight during lockdown. I’m hearing loads complain in work about how much weight they’ve put on and just a few saying the opposite. Male half here I’ve managed 29.5 lbs off with exante shakes bars n meal replacement in four weeks and coping well I think it’s because there’s no temptations when off

Well before this lockdown got put in place I joined the gym because I needed to lose some weight I wouldn't like to say that I've lost weight but I know for a fact I probably gained weight even though the fast food restaurant shutdown like McDonald's and Burger King they kept all of the take out still open so I've been stuck in my face with pizzas and Indians in a non-sexual way

Change of eating habits. Eliminated a food group because of the side effects from it. Feel a little better. Taking my time and enjoying other types of foods, I never had before.

Slowly the weight is dropping x

Last week I went into the garden and my belly had a suntan before I got outside

I've stayed pretty much the same weight but I'm generally fitter than I was before. The benefits of working from home, not doing accidental overtime and saving time on commuting too...I've used the time to go out for walks or on the bike instead. It helps that the weather has been so good!

I haven't lost or gained, but I've carried on with my training so I'm still working on toning.

Exactly what I've been doing...I walked 130 miles last month. I feel great and I'm getting lots of fresh air. My eating could be better, but I haven't been drinking.
