"I've stayed pretty much the same weight but I'm generally fitter than I was before. The benefits of working from home, not doing accidental overtime and saving time on commuting too...I've used the time to go out for walks or on the bike instead. It helps that the weather has been so good!" Exactly what I've been doing...I walked 130 miles last month. I feel great and I'm getting lots of fresh air. My eating could be better, but I haven't been drinking. | |||
