If you go onto Lovehoney’s site and search for metal cock rings they have a video of how to measure yourself and fit one. There are a couple of options on there or go to one of the other sites that sells them.

It’s very fiddly. Took me ages the first couple of times. I almost gave it up as a bad job the first time.
