Going without a pint

I am on my 13th day without any alcohol that is the longest I have gone since I was 16.

I hadn't in fact gone more than 4 days before this period.

I could still kill for a pint in a pub but in lockdown living alone everyday is the same so i stopped just to have a bit of a challenge.

What are other people living alone doing to keep sane
