"Today has been a challenging day, for no particular reason. Plans for long walks in the sunshine and baking have gone out of the window - I'm just taking some time for myself, naps, a little mindless TV, a packet of Popchips...not going to feel guilty for it, I'll feel better for it tomorrow and get back out and about in the world. Love to anyone who's having a bit of a crappy day today x" Made plans often don't pan out, good that you aren't berating yourself about it, and hope tomorrow is a better one for you. I've took a few days out over the weeks similar days, does help. I'm sure all appreciate a bit of love sent whether crappy day or not ![]() | |||
