Made my own last week and as good as the real thing... why not give them a go.

Ingredients

SAUSAGE PATTIES

500g ground pork mince

1/2 tsp dried ground sage

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

MUFFINS2 tbsp oil

4 eggs

4 English muffins cut in half

4 slices cheese

Mix well, make into balls then squash to around 1cm - into oiled frying pan - when half done, drop eggs ideally into round moulds, stick a sheet of cheese on patties then assemble into bun.

Necked down with a real ground coffee and wa-wah.

Enjoy - Hash browns this weekend treat.
