How come there are not many people from other countries on this site?

I've only seen a few, makes me think why do they bother because it must be almost impossible for them to meet people

Exactly this. We now live in the US, but only used fab when we were in the UK (still our favourite)

It's less likely to show up in web searches overseas, probably because fab doesn't pay or work to promote it much, if at all.

Its functionality is more limited for most countries, compared to the UK, so people finding it won't be as satisfied with it as we are, once they try it out. Plus nearest users may be several plane trips away, not fostering the best sex life.

Other countries have sites too, though typically not great ones.
