I really feel I’m punching waaaaay above my weight on fab lately!! Does anyone else feel they have zero chance of ever meeting anyone after lockdown?

I see on the forums guys thumbnail pics and there are rock hard bodies, handsome faces and large members and I often think I cant compete with that. It doesnt stop me messaging those I'm interested in because they may not be looking for those things and perhaps I actually fit in with what they are looking for.

You should practice the same line of thought OP, as should everyone. We've all got our own things going on and they might just be of interst to the people we like

However, my ex-wife and, after she left, other lady-friends I've had all punched beneath their weight, as they all made the 1st move. I met the wife at college after she came to talk to me in the common room and that lasted 30 years, and the others were on a dating site and they all contacted me.

Obviously, they're not as picky as you lot on here

Never, because as far as I see it you are attracted to whoever you are attracted too. If the feeling is mutual great, if not then it's not a big thing.

Everyone knows their own worth and I suppose everyone has their own insecurities.

But, if there’s someone that ticks your boxes and you think you might who they’re looking for - I say go for it. The worst that can happen is that they say ‘no’.

And even that, shouldn’t really bother you. Because you’ve never met them and it’s not like they’ve impacted your life in any way or changed it. Life remains the same.
