A question for those people who have worked throughout the lockdown

couple, us we him her.

We both have, and honestly can't remember a time when we have both been so tired.

We both get home and just collapse on sofa.

Anyone else feel like this?

For me it's been a bit quieter, so had a bit more time off.

Been loving the empty trains...

But today the streets of London have been far busier.

It's weird, I'm working really hard at work just now, we're mad busy, but I'm finding it less stressful and tiring.

Maybe it's the quiet roads, or not having as many social obligations / kids clubs etc to fit in after work.

Road's have been amazing had the A3 almost too myself a couple of weeks ago 10 am on a Monday morning usually heaving.

I feel like I’m on a hamster wheel. Get up at 4am. Get home at 5pm. Generally asleep by 8 then it starts all over again. I consider myself lucky to still have a job etc. So there is positives

I've been working from home so not missing the 2.5 hr commute each day. Only drawback is working 10pm to 8am I may need to buy a timer lock for the fridge lol

I'm glad to be working through it, though it's very hard at times. Got the next 4 days off thankfully for a rest.

Works become increasingly difficult and we’ve had our rotas changed which is rubbish! Everyday we have to do something different that doesn’t usually work that well in the first place! I’ve been poorly with signs of covid but I’ve been tested and I’m negative! So I’m just run down! Really all the upheaval has made the job harder and now I won’t pick up anymore shifts because of this!

Yes I have plenty to do around the house but as you say I get home from work and crash out

My job was wayyyyyyyyyy busier .. Absolutely overdrive ...worked extra Saturdays to get through stuff but watched my times for bed ok ,there was a few nights l just hit the bed and conked but can't lie the extra fee quid was extremely appreciated.

Been working at home and in various locations, still 14 hour days but don’t feel as tired... think it’s because the roads are so much quieter, it’s been easier driving.. That said it’s not sustainable when the traffic returns to normal ish

It was quite nice at the start of lockdown, fairly quiet, but it’s got manic last few weeks, operating on minimal staff and the work load has gone thru the roof........ I need a holiday I’m knackered

yes and i haven't worked one day of lockdown

Mr has his own business which he works from home but he is also taking on shifts as a key worker. So he is out of the house 14 hrs a day some days.

I am currently working from home and am incredibly busy, stressed and have guilt over the amount of time I give my son in help with home schooling.

I do yeah, that's probably because 90% of our staff got furloughed and work is still going
