Getting fed up with people not cleaning up their dog's poo. Have to dodge it on the footpath daily

I don't clean my dogs up, when they brought that law in I did the decent thing and shot the dog!

On the pavement is disgusting and in parks where children play is even more disgusting.

Regarding horses are they exempt from the fouling laws?

Because horses eat nice grass and things their poo doesn't contain as many nasty things like phosphorates that is in dog poo so it is less of a hazard to humans.
