Serendipity

I know a couple of ours are letting you collect and are gearing up to deliver from next week.

I’d go for cod, chips and curry sauce.

Never thought of having curry sauce with cod ...I would have the same only swap the curry sauce for mushy peas ...

Southport / Ellesmere Port

My local one started doing it last week and I was so excited, went on app to order fish, chips and peas and got told its £15 minimum order! That's a lot of food I need to order just for myself

I feel for you, none of our chip shop or kebab shops shut so that's all we have been eating

Hence a stone to lose

My local does them, but welsh chip shops also have rissoles and nobody outside Wales has heard of them!

Lifes departure lounge NN9 Northamptonshire East not West MidlandsMidlands

We have two fish and chip shops in our village one owned by Indians and the other one owned by Hong Kong Chinese. The Indian one has a queue outside the Chinese one is empty, As my son in law is Hong Kong Chinese I feel I have to get my Haddock, chips and mushy peas from the Chinese, quality is excellent.

Rissoles here are what most people would call fish cakes.

But our fish cakes are called Yorkshire fish cakes it's two big slices of potato with fish in the middle and then battered

I prefer real peas as they make for better ammunition, mushy peas just make a mess when you flick them at people
