Swindon

Home made ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, in a light fresh tomato broth flavoured with Basil and garlic, served with rustic bread, a bottle of Chanti and a side order of Olives. Well.... That's what we would like, but in reality it's a ham sandwich and a mug of tea.

A banana and an apple seems to have become my standard workday lunch. Mostly because I can't be arsed to make anything to bring, I have nowhere to store it if I did, and I can't be arsed to queue. .

I've lost about 5lbs though...
