Would anyone like to help me with my make up? I would pay for your time and materials.

It's all trial and error .. though mostly mine ends up in error..ha ha..but some make up is better than no make up.. there's plenty of time at the moment..so get some cheapo stuff and just have a practice.

My suggestion would be to find a dressing agency and book some time with them .. there are a few about. I used one many years ago and she taught me the basics. If you have the courage, go to any make up counters in Dept Stores (if there’s any left!!) and ask them. They are always very helpful.

Once they reopen, I'd highly recommend booking a session at a Mac store.

There's a £35 charge, but that's store credit for product after your tutorial so if you're seriously looking to learn and buy product it's basically a free tutorial session.

They're so helpful and give great advice on your colours and skin type as well as technique.

I would agree, the Mac girls are really very good, though £35 on the Mac counter doesn’t get you much, and they will encourage you to buy more ... that’s their job!

They are however really great and understanding

I've had a Mac lesson and I'll agree they're really good. At the moment, though, I can't imagine any application services are going to be allowed for a very long time.

Find good, clear makeup tutorials, and practice. You'll look stupid for awhile. It's a skill.

Robert Welsh and Wayne Goss are good. Robert Welsh in particular explains why a lot of stuff you see online won't work.

And in the meantime, you can practice at home. Because lessons aren't a one and you apply like them. It's one and you have to figure out what they did
