I've been stuck at work on this steel box in the middle of the sea for 24 days. I havent had a cuddle, a kiss or a back tickle. Nobody has played with my ears or rubbed my head. I havent had a single cup of coffee or cup of tea. No alcohol and limited crisps and chocolate! No wonder I'm needy!

I used to always think those who work in the sea are completely disconnected with the outside world whilst they’re out there. Guess I was wrong.

If it’s dial up, you might as well use MSN messenger on there too. Good times

So, does that mean the expression ‘there’s plenty of fish in the sea’ is a little too real over there.
