Go on, what’s your go to?

I just want greasy food. And chocolate. I just demolished two big lindor chocolate bars, I’m still in bed and I don’t feel the slightest bit guilty

I just eat ALL around me. Cannot quench the hunger tbh. Only lasts for a day or so. I graze all day. Bad to be at home when I am like this.

I’m the same! Can totally tell when I’m due, because I can’t stop eating. I don’t really snack during the day anymore, but I’ve been eating soooo much the past few days

I still get hot flushes from being pregnant, and my hormones are all over the place so I’m just a huge bag of ‘fuck off-ness’

Don’t have any cravings as such but do find ourselves snacking at times we wouldn’t normally eat. Thankfully there’s three packs of Ryvita in the cupboard to quell any dietary disobedience.

Chocolate, it is also my 'go to' when I am stressed, worried or over tired, so I have eaten quite a lot of these last few weeks, and it's showing

I will do something about it when I have more spare time.

Have my packet of chocolate digestives ready as I am due on in the next couple of days... That should be enough tho, things calm down pretty quickly

Chocolate too of course..

But also dried apricots, eggs and spinach. And often red meat. That probably something I conditioned myself and it works for me.

Food! All the food, everywhere! I can't stop eating for a couple of days. I'll eat chocolate like it's going out of fashion and I always want cheese too.

Steak, cheese, bananas. Chocolate. I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate unless in a cake but around my period I can devour bars of kitkats or bags of Maltesers.

Do you want to eat everything in sight and buy all the chocolate on the shelf? Also while wanting to cry, scream and punch people?

You do have very nice nipples as well- do they get so painful that it hurts to touch or brush against something, for a few days as well?

I always get so hungry and need filling stuff like cakes and bread or anything where you can just rip open the packet and stuff it in. Sounds like we all need more iron!

I get hungrier when I’m due on which is either gonna be in the next day or two can feel it in my back!

I normally get my toastie machine out and have loads of toasties, ham, cheese and beans usually. Also eat big bars of original chocolate aero and giant chocolate buttons.

I’m in the menopause which is equally as bad but when I had periods they were hell. Binge eating. Bad moods, I could easily have killed a man for saying hi and the first 2 days were horrendously painful and it always arrived if I was going or doing something special
