Sex stretch/yawn

So this sounds a bit strange but please bare with me....

When I get aroused talking with someone, even Jimmy lol, I have this involuntary stretch/spasm almost like a whole body yawn. I've tried googling it but nothing comes up. Just wondering if anyone else also does this? It's strange because when I'm the moment it doesn't happen, it's just the anticipation of something happening.
