About staying indoors?

Not necessarily because of lockdown, just anything

(Something non sexual would be refreshing)

.

Reading. Sitting in front of the fire with a snuggly blanket wrapped around me and listening to the rain outside as I get engrossed in some fantastical world.

Cooking. Finding a new recipe or one recommended by a friend. Getting all the ingredients out and tasting it as I go, enjoying creating something delicious and the smells from the oven as it cooks/bakes. And how happy I feel when others enjoy it as well.

I like to snuggle on the sofa under a fluffy blanket and watch an old film or read.

I just like to ‘be’. I enjoy quiet time and the feeling of being home

I'm enjoying my new surprise drive by cake deliveries - I'm baking more, but not consuming all the calories myself...and it's become a bit of a popular 'cake ninja' thing in the village. Nice to bring a bit of a smile to people.

I love being at home. Always have. The weekends is when it bothers me really but not that much. I miss being able to see friends and family though. That’s the toughest thing for me.

I like the peace.

Being able to shut myself away from the world.

Less distractions.

More time for insight.

Shuffling things in my head. And music on the playlists.

Making to do lists.

Ignoring them and being spontaneous.

Getting rid of things that no longer serve me.

Reading and writing, and the space and peace to be alone with my thoughts. The time to reflect, and the quiet of an empty house.
