"You can eat homemade curry just have it with cauliflower rice instead. 3,500 calories in 1lb!! So you’d have to cut your calories by 500 a day to lose 1lb in a week. If you wanted it to come off slowly you could eat less strictly and it would come off in around 3 months. If you want to shed quickly be much stricter with what you eat, then when it’s off you eat to maintain so then you can relax a bit but still be in deficit so you continue to lose a 1lb a week in a healthy way. Inspired by all the fit bodies here ![]() I dont advocate keto I do advocate less than 150 g carb per day and about 1500 cal in total I recommend against any extremes unless you understand exactly what you are doing I'd also suggest very little alcohol for a month Know absolutely in the first week if you reduce carbohydrates the weight you will lose will at least be 30 percent glycogen and water not fat | |||

Inspired by all the fit bodies here ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1800 should be do able however that's what I'm guessing mfp will suggest is your maintaining calories Assuming you increase beyond bazel and actually use 2000 cals daily To lose a genuine lb of fat per week you will need to consistently aim for 1500 150 g carb = 600 100 g protein =400 60 g fat = 500 Mpf will enable you to hit this constantly | |||
