As a swinging couple what rules do you have? And if you have no rules, what are your thoughts on couple's that have rules with regards to playing?

We started off with quite a few rules between us but as time went on things changed and we now have way less rules lol , we would always respect other people’s rules/boundaries as we would expect them to respect ours
