Nip in buy bread , paper, two huge fuck off bags of crisps ( really cheap )

Brisk 30 minute walk home.

Have a lie in so no calories yet.

Eat entire contents of fridge through grazing but taking it upstairs to bed each time so run downstairs and walk carefully up, 20 times!

I have had hot water and lemon and after a while a few malted wheat cereals. And I’ve just eaten a piece of pizza warmed up I didn’t mean to. It fell out of the box into the microwave.

I'd get a fireman's pole from your bedroom to the fridge...... Pole dance at the bottom each time you graze and ...... bingo ...... skinny you.

Back to bed!

I ran 8k yesterday, 6k the day before so I'm having a lazy day. Although.. I'll do some yoga and pull ups and a walk, mow the lawn etc etc etc. Can't be still for too long.

30 minute brisk walk is more than I've done for the past three days. Now my period is finishing I'm going to be starting again on Monday - aiming for 5k and then some yoga later. Right now it's kind of stop start but I'm trying.

Love this. I'm still in bed - unheard off in the last twenty years.

Hungry and too lazy to move so ate the piece of choc left from last night's laziness, off my bedisde table.
