Blocking. Why does it bother some folk?

Are you bothered?

The types who block us aren't the type we would ever meet so we don't care, even if they were it doesn't matter to us as we don't do it for them. Every now and then we see we're blocked, they're prerogative, one of fabs great functions, we use it ourselves. We see it often complained about in threads and especially on statuses but why does it bother people on here so much?

We chatted clicked. Said nite nite.

Messaged back to say hi a day or so later and bam I'm blocked.

Like why?

Just be a grownup and ignore my messages lol

If I get blocked, I immediately set up another account and message them from that account and rant at them for blocking me.

Then I have to set up yet another account, when the second account gets blocked.

It’s very time consuming, I need an assistant I think

We block so we don't contact them if they're not our cup of tea and also so they don't waste time contacting us.

I guess I was blocked because she didn't get my joke in the forum. I've since toned my jokes down because il probably get blocked by lots of people who will judge me as an offensive person and that isn't my intention.

If they have then I’m sure they have their reasons and good luck to them.

I’ve only ever blocked one person and that’s because I think they bump threads for the drama, for their own personal pleasure at reading people that have little else in their lives currently having an online slanging match.

If people block us. It’s most likely we wouldn’t want to talk to them either. So it’s win win. Block anyone who doesn’t appeal to you and it’s saves awkward conversations

Ive been blocked by folk ive never spoken to, which is fair, and by folk I have spoken to which again, what ever. Ive also blocked people for various reasons.

What boils my piss is being messaged about something on my profile for example and then they block you so you cant respond to the initial message or block you after they’ve cussed you out for your response to their message.
