Warm a fresh 6" tortilla and smear it with a generous layer of cream cheese then add a a plentiful layer of fresh smoked salmon, season with cracked black pepper and lime juice, roll it up and serve with freshly squeezed OJ and the finest columbian breakfast filter coffe..........and enjoy.

When I was a kid living with my parents, there was always a plate of bread or(bread and butter on a Sunday) with a meal.We always used to mop up the gravy from the Sunday roast.

I also remember my mam always used to pour some bacon fat from the pan over our cooked breakfast,to mop up,lovely. Wouldn't dream of doing it now though but don't think cholesterol existed in those days, lol.

Yeah, sugar or syrup sarnies dunked in your tea so it got that oily slick on the top,ace lol.

I used to love taking jam butties,a mug of tea and a stack of Beano and Dandy comics to bed, happy days.
